The primary activity includes daily handling of social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, tracking performance, and optimizing content based on insights and trends.

The Media Management Division stands as a foundational wing of Marconpra, occupying a significant role within the organization. It delivers tailored solutions at the enterprise level across several channels, including Web Development, SEO Services, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Online Reputation. Our Media department helps clients in maximizing digital reach and visibility by navigating obstacles related to different publicity-based programs. The Media team is actively involved in numerous technical assignments, such as web architecture, search optimization, network linking, digital auditing, and platform upkeep. They also contribute to Marconpra's frameworks, which consist of operational setups, commercial exchanges, business flows, performance metrics, and activity tracking. This workspace is perfectly tailored for diverse professionals in the sectors of technology and media, welcoming developers, digital architects, SEO specialists, planners, engineers, and analysts alike.

The main role involves developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth, creating and managing content across platforms, analyzing data to improve performance, coordinating with internal teams for content creation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging while meeting deadlines.

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
• Monitor engagement and interact with the audience
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Collaborate with designers and content creators
• Stay updated with trends and platform algorithms
• Optimize content for reach and engagement

• 0–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting
• Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
• Portfolio or past work (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
