About Division

The Media Management Division architecturally secures digital reach through specialized web development, SEO, and strategic online visibility solutions. The Media Management Division stands as a foundational wing of Marconpra, occupying a significant role within the organization. It delivers tailored solutions at the enterprise level across several channels, including Web Development, SEO Services, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Online Reputation. Our Media department helps clients in maximizing digital reach and visibility by navigating obstacles related to different publicity-based programs. The Media team is actively involved in numerous technical assignments, such as web architecture, search optimization, network linking, digital auditing, and platform upkeep. They also contribute to Marconpra’s frameworks, which consist of operational setups, commercial exchanges, business flows, performance metrics, and activity tracking. • Web Development: Worked on creating and managing web properties, including websites, blogs, applications, and software.
• Social Media Algorithms: Familiar with the algorithms of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Digital Channel Mechanisms: Possess a strong understanding of how various digital channels operate, including email, online B2B trading platforms, and SEO.
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled in implementing GPT technology to enhance daily office operations.
• Business Scenario : Experienced in analyzing brand, product, market, commercial competition, and consumer dynamics.
• Programming Proficiency: Proficient in Python and adept with data sets, CSV, Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Jupyter, and Google Colab.
• Coding and Analysis Experience: Background in coding, analysis, research, ICT implementation, testing, and experimentation.
• B2B dealings: Understanding of B2B dealings, especially stakeholders, industrial products, processing times, challenges, and subjective and objective values

Education

• Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 70%.
• Holds a B.Tech/BCA graduate degree in regular mode from a recognized college.
• Holds a Master's degree in MBA or equivalent discipline.
• Have completed an advanced level course in AI/ML, either online or offline.

Being an AI-ML engineer in the media division of Marconpra you will develops AI- driven features that improve digital management processes. Your role enhance connectivity and transactions between buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth online interactions in local and global markets. You utilize machine learning algorithms to optimize web channels for efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI features that enhance digital management processes, improving the functionality and efficiency of media-related platforms.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms to streamline and scale web channels, ensuring they operate efficiently for a broad range of users.
• Create solutions that facilitate smooth interactions and transactions between buyers and sellers, both locally and globally.
• Analyze large datasets to train and refine machine learning models, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems, aligning them with business objectives.
• Continuously monitor the performance of AI systems, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into your work.
