The primary activity of this role involves researching topics, creating high-quality written content on a daily basis, editing and proofreading materials, collaborating with internal teams to align content with business goals, and continuously improving content based on feedback and performance insights.

Marconpra's Content Division drives brand identity through high-level artistic consulting, immersive visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative production. The Content Division acts as a central creative engine of Marconpra, fulfilling a major role within the company. It offers high-level artistic consulting at the enterprise level across specific niches, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Voice Over Artist, Video Editing, and Animation. Our Content group supports clients in enhancing visual pull and identity by overcoming difficulties related to diverse publicity-centric campaigns. The Content team frequently handles a variety of creative projects, such as script composition, visual storytelling, 3D modeling, immersive rendering, and audio-visual creation. They also add depth to Marconpra's frameworks, which cover operational platforms, commercial trading, business cycles, performance checks, and activity reporting. This facility is well-suited for varied professionals in the fields of art and production, inviting designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, virtual creators, and analysts alike.

The main role involves creating engaging and high-quality written content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives, including blogs, scripts, website copy, and marketing materials. The candidate will be responsible for researching relevant topics, ensuring accuracy and creativity in content, collaborating with internal teams such as design and marketing, editing and proofreading content for clarity and consistency, applying basic SEO practices, and managing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and tone
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects
• Revise content based on feedback
• Stay updated with content trends and industry developments

• 0–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in writing blogs, website content, or scripts is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword usage
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, or content management systems
• Portfolio or writing samples (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong command of written and spoken English (Hindi is a plus)
• Certification in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or SEO (preferred but not mandatory)
