The primary activity includes daily video editing, arranging clips, enhancing audio and visuals, adding motion graphics and subtitles, reviewing footage, coordinating with team members for content requirements, and refining videos based on feedback.

Marconpra's Content Division drives brand identity through high-level artistic consulting, immersive visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative production. The Content Division acts as a central creative engine of Marconpra, fulfilling a major role within the company. It offers high-level artistic consulting at the enterprise level across specific niches, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Voice Over Artist, Video Editing, and Animation. Our Content group supports clients in enhancing visual pull and identity by overcoming difficulties related to diverse publicity-centric campaigns. The Content team frequently handles a variety of creative projects, such as script composition, visual storytelling, 3D modeling, immersive rendering, and audio-visual creation. They also add depth to Marconpra's frameworks, which cover operational platforms, commercial trading, business cycles, performance checks, and activity reporting. This facility is well-suited for varied professionals in the fields of art and production, inviting designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, virtual creators, and analysts alike.

The main role involves editing and producing engaging video content that aligns with brand goals, including social media videos, promotional content, and visual storytelling pieces, while ensuring high-quality output through proper sequencing, sound design, color correction, and collaboration with internal teams, along with managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Add transitions, effects, music, and graphics
• Ensure consistency in style, branding, and quality
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams
• Review and revise videos based on feedback
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage multiple editing projects and timelines

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing
• Experience in editing social media or marketing videos is a plus
• Portfolio or sample work (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Certification in Video Editing or Animation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and editing principles

• Expressing humanitarian sympathy for victims of natural/man-made disasters. Supporting charity with a generous approach to provide relief to the suffering.
