About Division

Marconpra’s Content Division drives brand identity through high-level artistic consulting, immersive visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative production. The Content Division acts as a central creative engine of Marconpra, fulfilling a major role within the company. It offers high-level artistic consulting at the enterprise level across specific niches, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Voice Over Artist, Video Editing, and Animation. Our Content group supports clients in enhancing visual pull and identity by overcoming difficulties related to diverse publicity-centric campaigns. The Content team frequently handles a variety of creative projects, such as script composition, visual storytelling, 3D modeling, immersive rendering, and audio-visual creation. They also add depth to Marconpra’s frameworks, which cover operational platforms, commercial trading, business cycles, performance checks, and activity reporting. This facility is well-suited for varied professionals in the fields of art and production, inviting designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, virtual creators, and analysts alike.

• Created a commercial character and designed movement for a publicity campaign for a business development department.

Education

• Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 70%.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animation (B.Des), Multimedia, B. Des, BCA, B.Tech or equivalent discipline in regular mode from a recognized college.
• Fresher candidates with a strong creative animation portfolio are encouraged to apply. Have completed a certified course in Animation Design, Motion Graphics, or Digital Media Production, either online or offline.
• Childhood education is vital for narrowing qualified candidates from a larger pool. Interviews may include animation skill demonstrations, motion storytelling challenges, character movement assessments, and creative aptitude evaluations to measure imaginative thinking and technical discipline.

Primary Activity

You will gain recognition as an industry expert in producing animation content across both 2D and 3D categories.

Main Role

Being an Animation Designer in the Content Division of Marconpra, you will serve as a motion editor who converts static concepts into visually engaging animated values. Accountable for content formulation as an animator and co-producer, arranging events, scenes, characters, objects, messages, sounds, and subtle literal expressions in precise sequences to trigger successive motion transitions.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the team to outline the timing, visuals, sound, images, transitions, and design of animation assets for the available content.
• Provide an MP4 format of the desired outcome based on the finalized and approved animation document.
• Work with the Communications Division to explain animation design concepts to the client through web meetings, physical meetings, recorded presentations, and lead Q&A sessions.
• Research various popular cartoon characters such as Japanese manga, Mickey Mouse, Disney, etc.
