About Division

Marconpra’s Content Division drives brand identity through high-level artistic consulting, immersive visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative production. The Content Division acts as a central creative engine of Marconpra, fulfilling a major role within the company. It offers high-level artistic consulting at the enterprise level across specific niches, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Voice Over Artist, Video Editing, and Animation. Our Content group supports clients in enhancing visual pull and identity by overcoming difficulties related to diverse publicity-centric campaigns. The Content team frequently handles a variety of creative projects, such as script composition, visual storytelling, 3D modeling, immersive rendering, and audio-visual creation. They also add depth to Marconpra’s frameworks, which cover operational platforms, commercial trading, business cycles, performance checks, and activity reporting. This facility is well-suited for varied professionals in the fields of art and production, inviting designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, virtual creators, and analysts alike.

Experience

• Content Writing: Experience in writing blogs, website content, articles, and marketing copy.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO techniques such as keyword research, meta tags, and content optimization.
• Digital Platforms: Familiar with content management systems (CMS), blogging platforms, and digital publishing tools.
• Social Media Content: Knowledge of creating engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor content strategies, and audience preferences.
• Editing & Proofreading: Strong skills in editing, grammar, and content quality improvement.
• Marketing Understanding: Awareness of brand communication, digital marketing strategies, and audience targeting.

Education

• Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 70 %
• Holds a B.Tech/BCA graduate degree in regular mode from a recognized college
• Holds a Master's degree in MBA or equivalent discipline
• Have completed an advanced level course in AI/ML, either online or offline

Main Role

Being a Content Executive in the Content Division of Marconpra, you will develop and manage high-quality content that strengthens the company’s digital presence and communication strategies. Your role is to create engaging, informative, and well-researched content that supports marketing initiatives and enhances brand visibility across multiple platforms. You will ensure that all content aligns with the organization’s objectives while effectively communicating with target audiences. By applying strong writing, research, and SEO practices, you will contribute to improving digital engagement and supporting business growth in both local and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, market insights, and audience behavior to create relevant and engaging content.
• Write and edit content for websites, blogs, articles, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
• Develop SEO-optimized content to improve search engine rankings and digital reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and media teams to align content with brand strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
• Optimize existing content to improve readability, engagement, and search performance.
• Analyze content performance using digital analytics tools and implement improvements.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
