Create and manage strategic content that enhances brand communication, improves digital presence, and supports marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media channels, and business communication platforms.

Marconpra's Content Division drives brand identity through high-level artistic consulting, immersive visual storytelling, and multi-platform creative production. The Content Division acts as a central creative engine of Marconpra, fulfilling a major role within the company. It offers high-level artistic consulting at the enterprise level across specific niches, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Voice Over Artist, Video Editing, and Animation. Our Content group supports clients in enhancing visual pull and identity by overcoming difficulties related to diverse publicity-centric campaigns. The Content team frequently handles a variety of creative projects, such as script composition, visual storytelling, 3D modeling, immersive rendering, and audio-visual creation. They also add depth to Marconpra's frameworks, which cover operational platforms, commercial trading, business cycles, performance checks, and activity reporting. This facility is well-suited for varied professionals in the fields of art and production, inviting designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, virtual creators, and analysts alike.

The AI/ML Engineer in the Content Division is responsible for building intelligent content pipelines and systems that enable automated, personalized, and high-quality content creation, combining AI, backend engineering, and scalable architectures to meet business and client needs.

• Design and deploy LLM-based pipelines for content generation, summarization, and personalization
• Build RAG workflows with vector databases for knowledge-aware content
• Create AI agents and content automation workflows using LangChain or similar tools
• Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI
• Implement real-time or streaming content processing systems
• Integrate LLM APIs and open-source NLP models into backend services
• Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate
• Optimize AI systems for low latency, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Monitor and maintain production AI systems
• Perform data preprocessing, evaluation, and continuous model improvements

• 0–2 years (Freshers with strong AI/ML + backend or content AI project experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, APIs, or real-time systems
• Experience with LLMs, content generation models, or NLP systems
• Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming architectures, or microservices is a plus
• Exposure to RAG, LangChain, or AI agent-based content workflows preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, B.Tech, BCA, or related field
• Master’s degree (optional but preferred) in AI, Data Science, NLP, or related domain
• Certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI are a plus
