About Division
Marconpra's Communication Division acts as a strategic guardian, utilizing high-level storytelling and crisis management to enhance corporate communication. The Communication Division serves as a primary pillar of Marconpra, holding a vital position within the firm. It provides expert guidance at the corporate level across multiple fields, including Crisis Management, Storytelling Services, Product Representation and Corporate Communications. Our Communication unit assists clients in bolstering brand authority and trust by solving hurdles linked to communications. The Communication team stays busy with several in-house operations, such as narrative drafting, stakeholder mapping, media tracking, strategic messaging, and perception analysis. They also enhance Marconpra's core structures, which involve operational workflows, commercial deals, business methods, performance reviews, and activity audits. This environment is ideal for varied specialists in the realms of language and strategy, embracing experts, publicists, corporate storytellers, crisis planners, rhetoricians, and analysts alike.
Main Role
The main role involves leading and managing projects from start to finish by planning workflows, coordinating teams, monitoring execution, addressing challenges, ensuring effective communication, and delivering successful project outcomes within defined timelines and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects end-to-end
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and performance
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
