About Division

Marconpra’s Communication Division acts as a strategic guardian, utilizing high-level storytelling and crisis management to enhance corporate communication. The Communication Division serves as a primary pillar of Marconpra, holding a vital position within the firm. It provides expert guidance at the corporate level across multiple fields, including Crisis Management, Storytelling Services, Product Representation and Corporate Communications. Our Communication unit assists clients in bolstering brand authority and trust by solving hurdles linked to communications. The Communication team stays busy with several in-house operations, such as narrative drafting, stakeholder mapping, media tracking, strategic messaging, and perception analysis. They also enhance Marconpra’s core structures, which involve operational workflows, commercial deals, business methods, performance reviews, and activity audits. This environment is ideal for varied specialists in the realms of language and strategy, embracing experts, publicists, corporate storytellers, crisis planners, rhetoricians, and analysts alike.

Experience

  • Successfully sold a product or service valued between 2 to 5 lakh rupees to a company through own’ efforts.
  • Delivered a comprehensive marketing solution to a company by collaboratively establishing a loop solution, integrating various service and product providers.
  • Engaged an agent, trading agency, or business firm on a commission basis, aiming to achieve a monthly sales target of 10 to 20 lakh rupees in both online and offline environments.
  • Reported on various aspects including planning, budget management, execution, product demonstrations, and visitor records at both local and international product expos.
  • Promoted sponsorship products and services in capacities ranging from first-party to third-party.
  • Served as a keynote speaker at a commercial event, addressing a large audience while influencing and exchanging contact and business details.
  • Conducted perception development to engage or disengage a large audience on a specific topic.
  • Led explanations and Q&A sessions to clarify the concept of a product, service, or proposal, simplifying it for the understanding of the judges.

Education

  • Graduation in Mass Communication in regular mode from a university recognized by the Government of India.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration from a well-reputed university.
  • Certification in Public speaking from online/offline learning platform.
  • English language proficiency certificate from an international agency.

Primary Activity

Applying representation knowledge of product knowledge in B2b and B2G dealings during realtime conversation.

Main Role

As a Product Representative at the sales team in Marconpra's Communications Division, you will be directly responsible for selling the company's AI products and consulting and marketing services. Your eloquence, dynamic personality, smartness, and conversion talent will make you a valuable employee within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a correct understanding of regional and international trading rules and regulations by studying literature such as the Company Profile, Business Catalogue, and Product Brochure and Policies.
  • Manage product price lists for financial matters, including price details, current offers, special incentives, etc., while keeping market competition and company revenue in mind.
  • Initiate activities such as target lists, contact plans, and meeting schedules with the intent of client engagement and conversion.
  • Successfully generate Purchasing Orders by executing the sales process through follow-up and product/services assistance.
  • Practice satisfactory service delivery management based on commitments made to clients by managing the PO database.
  • Regularly collect feedback on products and services from the company's existing service consumers and perform post-sale coordination to maintain a frictionless experience with Marconpra's buyers.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of communication/coordination techniques and develop new skills to address the hurdles and progress of your sales activities.
