About Division

The Campaign Division at Marconpra is essential, providing customized consulting in areas like Business Development, Go-To-Market strategies, Revenue Growth, Customer Acquisition, and Sales Targeting. It helps clients enhance product sales and marketing by tackling challenges in publicity-driven campaigns. The team performs research, regression analysis, mathematical modeling, and data examination while contributing to Marconpra's frameworks, including operational systems and performance evaluations. This division is ideal for diverse professionals, including scientists, humanists, mathematicians, physicists, strategists, and analysts.

Experience

• Knowledge Base: Expertise in statistics, mathematics, big data, computer science, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Organizational Awareness: Understanding of organizational structures and proficiency in tools like Python, Jupyter, and Google Colab.
• Commercial Events: Experience in organizing commercial events using tools such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Administrative Hierarchies: Knowledge of economic positions and application of AI-ML techniques for analysis.
• B2B Consultancy: Practical experience in B2B consultancy, focusing on business development and sales cycles with AI tools.
• AI-Based Business Models: Ability to create AI-driven models aligning with executive objectives.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Experience in using data analysis to resolve business challenges and boost revenue.
• Sales and Marketing Leadership: Proven leadership in digital sales and marketing strategies over 3-5 years
• Publications: Authored papers or articles in the business sector, independently or collaboratively.

Education

• Graduation in Computer Science in regular mode from a university recognized by the Government of India.
• Master's degree in Business Administration from a well-reputed university.
• Certification in AI - ML from an authentic online/offline learning platform.
• English language proficiency certificate from an international agency

Primary Activity

The primary activity of this role is creating business AI models.

Main Role

As a Programmer Analyst in Mercan's Campaign Division, your primary role is to recommend new methods to address existing bottlenecks in clients' businesses, particularly in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and the resulting losses in commercial systems at the business, manufacturer, and enterprise level.
• Clearly define "needs"/"problems" to a standard level to improve the client's sales and marketing systems.
• Analyze and segment transactional issues to identify bottlenecks and progress.
• Consider and recommend removing outdated knowledge from various processes and prepare for the incorporation of new knowledge.
• Conduct pilot projects/experiments to perform business tasks in new ways based on innovative methods.
• Developing a mathematical formula for commercial operations that incorporates better, cheaper, efficient, and more profitable dimensions.
• Developing and demonstrating the success of the "Marconpra Framework" of a results-oriented business model.
