The primary activity includes collecting and analyzing data, understanding business needs, preparing documentation, creating reports and dashboards, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication between teams.

The Campaign Division at Marconpra is essential, providing customized consulting in areas like Business Development, Go-To-Market strategies, Revenue Growth, Customer Acquisition, and Sales Targeting. It helps clients enhance product sales and marketing by tackling challenges in publicity-driven campaigns. The team performs research, regression analysis, mathematical modeling, and data examination while contributing to Marconpra's frameworks, including operational systems and performance evaluations. This division is ideal for diverse professionals, including scientists, humanists, mathematicians, physicists, strategists, and analysts.

The main role involves analyzing business processes and data to identify gaps and opportunities, gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, recommending solutions, and ensuring that implemented changes align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
• Gather and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Create reports, dashboards, and data insights
• Support solution implementation and testing
• Ensure alignment between business needs and solutions
• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role (Freshers with strong analytical skills can apply)
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience working with stakeholders or cross-functional teams is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA) is a plus
