About Division

This division supports Marconpra’s operational frameworks and provides a structured environment for administrators, coordinators, operations managers, and analysts who help sustain the organization’s stability and efficiency.
Experience
- Experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Familiarity with office tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and email management systems.
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, and executive communications.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong coordination skills for meetings, travel, and documentation.
- Experience working in a professional office environment with multiple departments.
Education
- Minimum 10+2 with 70% or above from a recognized board.
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BA / Business Administration / Management / equivalent).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Management.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Professional attitude with high levels of confidentiality and reliability.

Main Role
Being a Personal Assistant, your primary responsibility is to act as a reliable support system for senior leadership. You ensure that communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks run smoothly. The role involves managing executive priorities, organizing workflow, and ensuring that meetings, reports, and communications are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails, letters, and official communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and business documents.
- Track pending tasks, reminders, and project deadlines.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Organize office events, meetings, and coordination activities.
- Assist in research, documentation, and information gathering for decision-making.
