About Division

The Admin Division at Marconpra ensures smooth internal operations by managing administrative coordination, organizational logistics, and institutional governance. The team oversees office management, documentation control, resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and internal communication to maintain efficient workflows across departments. This division supports Marconpra’s operational frameworks and provides a structured environment for administrators, coordinators, operations managers, and analysts who help sustain the organization’s stability and efficiency.

Experience

  • Experience mentoring students, interns, or junior professionals.
  • Background in training, coaching, or skill development programs.
  • Experience in project guidance or academic supervision.
  • Experience working in professional teams and collaborative environments.
  • Exposure to industry practices and real-world problem-solving.

Education

  • Graduation in a relevant field (BBA, B.Tech, BCA, BA, or equivalent).
  • Master’s degree (MBA / M.Tech / MA / related discipline) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to guide and motivate individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, teaching, or leadership roles.
  • Minimum academic performance standard (e.g., 70% in 10+2) if required.

Primary Activity

Guide individuals in learning professional, technical, and behavioral skills.

Main Role

As a Mentor, you will guide trainees and junior professionals in building industry-relevant skills and understanding real-world work environments. Your role involves coaching individuals, reviewing their work, helping them solve challenges, and ensuring they develop the competence required to perform effectively in their respective domains. You will also contribute to developing learning frameworks and improving training methodologies within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mentoring sessions and structured learning discussions.
  • Guide mentees in completing assignments, projects, and practical tasks.
  • Provide feedback on performance, skills, and professional behavior.
  • Identify strengths and improvement areas of mentees.
  • Help mentees develop problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Coordinate with departments to align training with organizational needs.
  • Maintain records of mentoring progress and learning outcomes.
  • Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous learning among mentees.
  • Support mentees in career planning and professional development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
