The Admin Division at Marconpra ensures smooth internal operations by managing administrative coordination, organizational logistics, and institutional governance. The team oversees office management, documentation control, resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and internal communication to maintain efficient workflows across departments. This division supports Marconpra's operational frameworks and provides a structured environment for administrators, coordinators, operations managers, and analysts who help sustain the organization's stability and efficiency.
Main Role
The main role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation, managing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for better results, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage digital platforms (social media, ads, email, etc.)
- Generate leads and support sales initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Collaborate with content and design teams
- Stay updated with marketing trends and tools
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and branding
- Good communication and analytical skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
