About Division

The Admin Division at Marconpra ensures smooth internal operations by managing administrative coordination, organizational logistics, and institutional governance. The team oversees office management, documentation control, resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and internal communication to maintain efficient workflows across departments. This division supports Marconpra’s operational frameworks and provides a structured environment for administrators, coordinators, operations managers, and analysts who help sustain the organization’s stability and efficiency.

Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate screening.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement practices.
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workplace policies.
  • Experience using HR software, recruitment portals, and HR analytics tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information and workplace conflicts professionally.

Education

  • Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 70%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR management software, and recruitment platforms.
  • Childhood education is vital for narrowing qualified candidates from a larger pool. Interviews often reference various intellectual and physical competitions, including essay writing, calligraphy, quizzes, and athletic events like running and high jump and relay race.

Primary Activity

To manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Main Role

Being an HR Manager, you will develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth. Your role includes hiring the right talent, maintaining employee satisfaction, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring smooth HR operations across departments. You will act as a bridge between management and employees while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Support leadership in organizational planning, workforce management, and succession planning
