About Division

The team oversees office management, documentation control, resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and internal communication to maintain efficient workflows across departments. Experience
- Experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance management.
- Knowledge of GST filing, TDS returns, income tax compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or financial management tools.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Understanding of business operations, financial risk assessment, and corporate finance.
- Experience working with auditors, tax consultants, and financial authorities.
Education
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage financial operations independently and maintain strict confidentiality.

Primary Activity
Manage and supervise the company’s financial systems, including accounting, taxation, auditing, compliance, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance in all financial activities.
Main Role
Being a Chartered Accountant in the organization, you will oversee financial management and compliance functions. Your role includes preparing financial statements, handling tax filings, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, supporting budgeting processes, and advising management on financial strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Manage company taxation matters including tax planning, filing returns, and responding to tax authorities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic business decisions.
- Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement financial controls and risk management systems.
- Support management with financial planning and investment strategies.
